Lannebo Fonder is engaged in the management of investment funds and special funds and so-called discretionary portfolio management. Under current regulations based on EU Directives, Lannebo Fonder may in connection with fund and portfolio management only pay or receive a fee or commission, or provide or receive benefits (incentives) under certain conditions.

If the incentive is paid or provided to or from a third party, the fee / commission or benefit can be configured to enhance the quality of the activity concerned and not hinder Lannebo Fonder from acting in the interest of the unit holders.
