Overview

For the fund, sustainability plays a crucial role. An investment in the fund gives you a focused orientation towards Swedish listed companies that are considered important for creating a more sustainable future. The fund only invests in companies whose activities contribute to: a healthier life, a better environment, a more sustainable society or companies with very high sustainability ratings. The fund is actively managed, which means that the managers hand-pick shares that they, according to their own analysis and assessment, believe in for the long term. Please note that share class B of the fund pays an annual dividend to the fund’s unitholders.

The fund is suitable for those who:

  • Have an investment horizon of at least five years.
  • Want to invest in the companies that are best at sustainability and whose products and services contribute to a more sustainable world.
  • Believe in active management and investments based on a clear understanding of each individual company.

Sustainability

The fund is classified as an Article 8 product under SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation). By recognizing the long-term significance of sustainability as a driver of change in markets, countries, and companies, the portfolio managers evaluate investments based on their environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices. The fund commits to allocate a minimum of 50 percent of asset under management to sustainable investments across the following three areas:

  1. Sustainable Living (recycling, renewable energy, energy efficiency, etc.)
  2. Enhancing Well-being (healthcare, recreation, sustainable food industry, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
  3. Fostering a Better World (green buildings, sustainable cities, etc.)

The fund’s responsible investment strategies are:

  • integrating environmental, social and governance factors into our investment processes, including both sustainability risks and principal adverse impacts, a concept commonly referred to as “double materiality”.
  • acting as a responsible owner, engage with our investee companies to ensure their alignment with our expectations regarding sustainable business practices and adherence to international norms.
  • excluding companies that are engaged in sectors and activities that we deem to cause significant adverse effects on society, where an investment would be associated with substantial negative environmental or social consequences or associated with an undesirable sustainability risk.
